We built this home as part of our dream to live in a custom-built house, specifically created for us. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
To find the ideal spot and layout, we combed the entire island.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
My husband was eager to build a custom house, and the Bainbridge custom home package made this an easy process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We wanted a home that was environmentally friendly, and capable of off-grid living, and the Bainbridge house plans met all our needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
After comparing our options to other custom home designs, we made some modifications to create the perfect dream home.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We particularly loved the west coast design, with its lofty ceilings and angular details.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We also desired a multi-generational home, so that we could care for my aging parents in the future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The house is set up so that our living quarters are on one side, and our parents on the other side with guest rooms that have their own ensuite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The center of the home would be shared.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We were able to shorten the house construction process and include solar panels in our design because of the custom home package.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
