At Linwood Homes our focus is on creating a home package developed spcifically to meet your individual needs.
There is no additional design cost for customising one of our designs or creating your own unique home design.
To further enhance your creative potential, we offer a wide range of finishing options and can even create custom siding profiles.
Each home package is indicidually priced based on your particular specifications. The following price list has been developed to provide you with prices based on floor plans featured in the Linwood Home Plan Book.
As industry leaders, we offer a high quality materal package with three different structural and finishing specifications. Our Advantage, Deluxe and Ultra packages all include the following:
