These different styles give customers a full spectrum of design
choices to suit every taste. What they have in common is a method
of design and construction where the parts for the final custom
design are manufactured at our facility and shipped to your site,
ready for assembly. We even panelize the exterior walls in our
Maple Homes Collections.
This differs from the traditional "stick-built" home where a stack
of lumber is individually measured and cut on-site -- often several
times!
Our customers like the fact that we do the thinking up front (when
it is still cheap to change your mind), so that construction of
the home is organized, efficient, and virtually goof-proof.
